I LOVE being a realtor, and I am very much involved in the care and guidance of my clients on a personal level. The tone of my business is always friendly and professional. In addition to being fluent in English, I also speak Spanish and Danish. I am the former owner of a successful small business, and I now specialize in representing buyers and sellers of existing homes in the Henderson and Las Vegas area. I am honest and forthright and I do more than just lay claim to the title REALTOR®. I am extremely dedicated and I am proud of the service I provide, and I always stay on top of the details no matter how complicated a transaction may become. I will walk you through every step of the process of buying or selling, while providing you with the best information and market insight, this way you can make the best decisions possible. I am part of a extremely efficient, professional and highly experienced team, which puts me in a better position to keep a transaction together regardless of the troubles that may arise; you will always be in good hands. Each property is marketed on at least websites and is also heavily marketed through social media platforms. All my methods are geared to produce maximum results. To me, real estate is a very personal business. I believe that listening is the most important thing to fulfilling a client's needs. I thrive on the relationships I create and meeting the needs of my clients. Staying focused on your needs without being motivated by the monetary aspect of a transaction is also extremely important to me. My clients always know that I am a tireless advocate for them. Although I stay very busy, I always make time to care of my clients. I was born in Denmark, spent 8 years in the Southern part of Spain and moved here in 1988 turning into a Las Vegas and Henderson area enthusiast; this is where I enjoy most of my days and evenings- at work and away from it. Even when on vacation, I am always connected to what is going on with my business and the needs of my clients.
